Fin lägenhet. Lagom stort. Nära o bra till allt. Fin park framför Parkvillan.

Städningen var inte okej. Mycket dammigt överallt, framsidan av toalett nere på golvet har urin runnit ned (mellan toan o golvet var det torkad urin) I frysfacket låg det kvar en påse med pommes. Att det det inte ingick tv-kanaler. Har skickat bilderna till Karin Samuelsson.

Belligende i rolige omgivelser, på sidevej i Kungshamn ved centrum. Mindre grønt areal på modsatte side af vej. Indkøb: Der er en bager og ICA ved havnen. Samt et par restauranter. Og mulighed for at lade el-bil Type 2 · 22 kW. Ca. 5 min. kørsel på cykel til Smögen.

Der er ikke parkering ved lejligheden, men tæt på ved sportshal 24 timers. (Bagsiden) Halvdelen af værelserne ligger ind mod naboer, meget tæt på. Der er ingen terrasse eller anden form for udendørs areal tilknyttet ejendom.

"Comfortabel studio-appartement"

Het was een heerlijk groot en heerlijk comfortabel bed! Er is een tafeltje, keukentje, badkamer en zelfs twee luie stoelen.

De keuken had alleen een kookpan, we misten een koekenpan erg. Verder is de badkamer nogal oud-dated, maar had wel alles wat je nodig had.
