The place is very well designed and decorated. Very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I couldn’t be more happy with this property.

Great location, very thoughtfully organized place. Note there is no breakfast served but there is a fully stocked (albeit shared) kitchen. The owners also strategically placed chocolates around the apartment :)

Outstanding support by Daiva before and during the stay: get ferry schedules, someone had taken our parking lot … she solved this in less than 5 minutes … really outstanding service

Location

It was very expensive Fully equipped kitchen (with surveillance camera) yet cooking is forbidden. No toaster. Maybe the owner is afraid of fire hazard; so why place a candle in the room ? Horrible smell in entrance hall and in second bathroom

Well designed. Excellent location. Free private parking in front of the building entrance. Small terrace overlooking the river, as we booked a ground floor apartment. Very communicative host.

Kitchen is communal, so no fridge in the apartment - but in return some items in the kitchen were available for purchase, and a real coffee machine is present there. Our bathroom was tiny, would guess 3m2. Still, we sort of loved it as every square cm was used so effectively, and the painted “bricks” were a great touch. Finally, some friendly advice: don’t only have a stern ‘internal rules’ memo waiting for your guests. Start with a welcome and some useful info, e.g. where to find the cleverly hidden 😂 remote control for the airconditioning, and how the set-top box remote works with the TV remote. And the name of the wifi router and its password.
