Posizione ottima, facilmente accessibile dal porto e abbastanza vicino al centro. Ambiente tranquillo e accogliente. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità dello staff.

Posizione pazzesca, si riesce ad andare al porto e in centro a piedi! Casetta molto confortevole e pulita. Consigliato!

La casa era molto luminosa, accogliente e pulita. La doccia esterna per me è stata top. Il proprietario molto disponibile e gentile.

L’unica pecca è che non c’erano detersivi e carta igienica quindi siamo dovuti andare subito al supermercato a comprare l’occorrente. Anche il sapone in bagno era insufficiente per 4 persone per un’intera settimana.

Della struttura c’è piaciuto molto il patio esterno e la stanza molto grande e pulita. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la pronta disponibilità di Elio per le nostre richieste e dubbi.

Non presenta il bidet e un po’ di problemi con il Wi-Fi con alcuni telefoni

Beautiful and green territory, stone walls and tall old palm trees, wonderful natural aromas. Likable local Porto Nuovo nearby. There you can rent a bike or car, boat or yacht. There is also a stop of the only local bus very close by, which runs every hour and allows you to get to any part of the island just for 1.20 Euros. There are several fresh fish shops and restaurants, a few good cafe, a tobacco point and no ANY shops nearby. Please know on Sunday even in the city center you won't buy anything except souvenirs or an aperitif/pizza. But all this is insignificant. Spiaggia dei Conigli is one of the best places in Europe, don't waste your time on any other.

1. In the description on Booking.com the location is incorrect, but it is correct directly on Google Maps, check it there. The property is not located at any Porto Nuovo or in front of bay, but 500 meters in the depths of suburb. Yes, it's not far. But why lie? 2. Wi-Fi declared and it exist. It has strong and high-quality signal, but... without any Internet access! The management simply ignored the complaints. Okay, it was the end of season, they just decided not to pay more, I guess? My online work was saved only by the impeccable TIM mobile operator. 3. Read the description carefully again. The owners are honest. You won't have anything you need - no toilet paper, no detergents, no any dishwashing things. The plates are ugly, because they are plastic. Here are no wine glasses, there are no champagne glasses, there are no kitchen knives, is it true Italy here? And if you are used to finding a little salt, or coffee or, for example, a welcome bottle of local wine, then, sorry, there is none of that either. I asked the reception about. And they brought... 1 (one) roll of toilet paper in the middle of the night, thank them. 4. The "free" airport transfer works like this: everything is perfectly organized by staff. But when you arrived final point italian dude says "I'm just a taxi driver, 10 euros please". It's not much, probably, but. But!))
