Rezydencja Dwór Górny

A one-night stay in this reconstructed building. It evokes old-school atmosphere with its shabby chic style, which we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was very good and stuff very friendly.

There're some minor details regarding furniture, walls and heating, but nothing that would prevent our future visit.

It was once a beautiful hotel, but it is in need of repair. The electrical sockets in our room were broken, making them unusable, and other items and equipment in the room were also damaged.

Very central location in Nowa Ruda, just minutes away from the church and the main square. Free parking on site. The hotel is in a beautiful spacious old building that almost feels like a castle, so it has an unique vibe, we really liked the room and the bathroom. Ceiling windows with a view to the trees outside were a nice surprise. There were some complimentary toiletries, a closet, a big sofa, a big tv and a nice comfortable bed. We also had breakfast the next day, it was simple but good. We'd definetly stay there again!

We didn't have any major issues, but some minor things could be improved: 1) There are signs on the road to indicate the way to the hotel, but none at the front gate or at the door, so make sure to have a picture of the hotel saved on your phone to recognize it. 2) There was no one at reception for the majority of our time there, just a sign with a phone number to call. 3) The shower is not the best to use, as it gets flooded very fast, if we had stayed longer than 1 night, it would've been a bit stressful... Even so, a good hotel for a good price in a very charming silesian city!
