Funcionários da recepção não preocupados em ajudar você a melhor estadia. Pedimos dicas de praias e foram um pouco antipaticos. Nada que atrapalhe mas perde aquele encanto .. O café da manhã também poderia ser mais gostoso. Tinham muitas opções mas falta sabor ! Os horários também poderiam ser flexiveis de café e academia pois muitas praias e passeios você precisa ir cedo.

The hotel is lovely, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, being close to everything and perfect for relaxation. The variety of food, both at breakfast and dinner, was exceptional, with a wide array of options available. Regarding the service, most of the staff were very kind and helpful. They promptly changed our room when we experienced a leaking ceiling, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it is a beautiful place with great potential, and some improvements in food quality would make it truly excellent.

The overall quality of the meals was a bit disappointing, especially for an Italian taste like mine. Almost every dish felts quite average. One receptionist was rather rude and didn’t speak English well, which made communication difficult.
