Accessible to all the places I planed to go. There is also 24 hours shop like 7-11, 5-10 mins walking distance when I need to buy drinks or snack at night

The real I-soho apartment I booked on 14th-Nov,23 is a Far Cry from the pictures I saw on the Booking.Com site! The appearance and facilities are very disappointing: *the sofa looked unclean coz there are stain marks on it *the black decoration tape on the living room wall behind the sofa is peeling off, needs to be replaced coz it looks untidy and unkempt *the ironing board is big and sturdy but can't be used coz there is NO ironing board cover thick pad *No laundry detergent provided for washing machine ended I have to shop one for my own to wash my clothes *the clothes drying rack is broken to pieces and I'm unable to hang dry my laundry *no tissues and toilet paper provided I had to purchase my own *the toilet makes a lot of noise when I on the heater switch, it's pretty loud, please check and do some maintenance *water flow out from sink in toilet is slow when we wash our hands and brush our teeth, I guess need to check the sink piping for blockage *the pasted printed papers on the wall, on top of the writing desk in the bedroom are hanging loose and about to drop off... Its an eyesore. Please replace them with a proper pictures in frames *the dirty wet mop hang outside the balcony together with the broken clothes drying rack are an eyesore, it's untidy and messy *no welcome drinks provided, at least 2 bottles of mineral water on the table or fridge for your travelling guests make it feel so welcoming *finally, your stylish apartment mailbox with personal lock is surprisingly full of unclear mails, flyers and rubbish when I open to collect my keys, its appalling!!! I wish I Had taken some photos during my stay so I had some proof of my comments, but it's unnecessary. The housekeeper and the Owner SHOULD check the apartment out before your Guests check-in.
