Pedra Residence

Wonderful (and amazingly comfortable) guesthouse which is run by a local family. In fact, it cannot be more “local,” because Cincotta family came to Stromboli with the very first wave of settlers in 1630s. Aptly named after “matriarch” of the family, grandmother Pedra (she is still fairly active and involved), the guesthouse faces seaside: so, if you stay, part of the deal is panoramic view over turquoise waters with some small rocky islands in the distance. Perhaps, most exquisite feature is that each room has two levels: a fully equipped apartment downstairs and a huge furnished open-air terrace on the second floor. Great place to have lunch or dinner, or simply spend a lazy afternoon. The greatest “asset” of this place, however, is cheerful and welcoming manager, Sharon, Pedra’s granddaughter. Big THANKS goes to all Cincottas who made my time on Stromboli both comfortable and meaningful. It truly felt like “home away from home.”

J'ai pu rentrer plus tôt dans le logement grâce à la gentillesse des hôtes, tout était parfait à l'intérieur, beaucoup de petites attentions, la vue sur la terrasse est magnifique, résidence au calme, animaux acceptés, prix très correct, ce séjour a été parfait 👍

Really spacious apartment with an amazing terrace offering beautiful view of the sea. Well furnished room, comfortable bed and kind and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room!

Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es hat alles funktioniert. Am meisten haben wir jedoch die großzügige Terrasse und die Aussicht auf das Meer geliebt.

Ich kann wirklich nichts aufzählen, das mir nicht gefallen hat. Ich hätte unsere Gastgeberin gern persönlich kennengelernt, die Kommunikation über Chat verlief jedoch völlig problemlos.

Tout ! La terrasse sublime et avec vue sur la mer et le Stromboli derrière ! L'appartement et la place ! La décoration un peu à l'ancienne, l'emplacement ! Tout était top !
