We ver much enjoyed staying in the Sky Aparthotel: well connected to the city by nearby Ubahn, safe, good location with plenty of shops and restaurants in the Milaneo mall, kitchen well equipped with all one may need, modern and comfortable space. Great host who responded promptly to our needs.

The apartment was clean but a more thorough clean service should be done in the shower/bathroom space.

In this property, you have to pay a deposit as insurance in case you cause any damage. They will deduct from this amount if needed. However, when we checked out, we asked the owner to return our money to my credit card. They said it didn't work, so they transferred the money back to me through a normal account. After waiting for a month and a half, I received an incomplete amount. I contacted the owner, and they said I have to accept the transfer fee, which was 52€. I tried to convince the owner to return my money, but they ignored my messages. In conclusion, DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK.

Location was excellent, right next to mall, 5 minute walk to station. Had everything you need. Balcony was lovely.

Took awhile to get EUR250 deposit back - they weren’t sure how to do it. We’re li Ely and apologetic about it, bless them.

Very central cosy appartment .It lacked nothing Next to the U station ,next to a shopping mall,next to the city s library .Only one -two stations to the centet..Everything was great

The TV was not exactly t a smart tv - you had to run you tube through internet application for example -and all the channels were in Deutch so that was a bit of a problem

Great location, clean, had all the amenities you would require and more - little kitchenette with dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, mini bar fridge, kettle, teabag/sugar , dining table, couch, balcony with table and chairs, toiletries, swivel tv, rain shower head, extra towels.

Had to wait a short while for staff to come and check you in.
