Location and overall vibe

Maybe would have been easier is the pool was abit further back from the road.

Konstantinos is an excellent host; great communications and very welcoming.

The property is very nice and the furniture is nice, everything was clean and functional. Host helped us find a taxi and answered all our questions. Can walk to a nice beach in 30 minutes and 8 minutes to the airport by taxi. Was fine for one night.

For the price you'd expect a bit more to be honest. Rooms are very bare, you have the absolute minimum and there is no real decoration or anything that makes it comfy.. there's no sugar/salt/pepper/oil so even if you're only staying a day or two and want to cook you need to buy everything, not even teabags.. The adress on the advert takes you to a completely different road but luckily it's on google maps when you search for the name. Although we told the host we're there in 10 minutes and they confirmed they read the message we still had to wait around and call them to be able to check in as there was nobody there Very unpersonal, lots of signs everywhere with rules of what NOT to do and what to pay extra for. Just overall not very welcoming

TV quite small for size of room . Shower cubicle instead of curtain would have been nice . Pool could have been bigger .

Clean, tidy and location was excellent - in a quiet village but walkable to lovely tavernas and bars and, for those fit enough, even to two local beaches. Amazing daily housekeeper Maria and a refreshing pool to fall into (not literally - my sciatica wouldn't allow) at the end of the day. They do provide beach towels on request and the sheets and towels changed every three days. The site is spotless and the views incredible...lots of attention to the outdoor spaces and it's a one small block so it tends to attract people who are there for peace and quiet. We don't normally go for apartments and often splash money on villas we barely spend any time in...after this hols, I'm questioning my whole approach to life. Kefalonia is so beautiful - all you need is a nice clean bed and somewhere to make a brew in the morning.

Some basic kitchen bits would have been nice - the cupboards literally are bare. However, at this price point, they'd be making very little if they did the welcome hamper and wine bit.

The accommodation was spacious, clean and modern. We had a good sized balcony which overlooked the pool and village. The location was ideal. In one direction you had a 15 minute walk to nearest beach and 10 minute walk to 3 tavernas. The other direction is a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, taverna, and 2 bars. If you walk further in each direction there are more to be found. The pool was great to return to after being out and about. Very relaxed and sun beds always available. The air conditioning is good with no extra charge. The host was also very helpful and approachable.

The apartments were ideally located, well equipped and really clean. Free safe and aircon was a real bonus. Pool was very clean and plenty of sunbeds. The cleaner came every days and bedding and towels were changed constantly.
