Location was great, views of the harbor was beautiful and the communal outdoor bbq/seating area looked very nice and would be great in summer

Location / outlook is beautiful - so peaceful and quiet. Awesome expansive views of the water. The staff were lovely. We went for dinner at the local fishing club and it was EXCEPTIONAL - such great food, great portions and great prices.

Felt like in a fishbowl at night as the curtain on the main living area, which all other guests on the adjourning units must walk past was just a sunshade, not actual curtains so there was no privacy at all in most of the unit. This was the only thing we didnt like and perhaps it was just our unit that it was a problem for.
