Great location, not too far from the beach, city center also really close and all attractions are nearby. Apartment room was very spacious for one person and had all the facilities you need for long stay. Cleaning was done every Monday which is amazing and the Hotel also offers other benefits like free sparkling water fountain and discounts in local restaurants. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Hotel has private parking for a fee, but you can also park in the street for free(if there's space available). Would definitely come back in the future.

This is really one of the nicest places in Cesenatico, especially if you need more space (than just a hotel room) when travelling with kids. In fact, we stayed at this place before and would happily come back in the future too. The staff is very friendly, the cleaning personnel does a very good job, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. The whole building is very nicely kept.

The only downside of this place is that the walls between the apartments are not the thickest, so if the neighbors watch TV you can hear it from your apartment.

We spend 1-2 weeks in Cesenatico every year, and this was clearly the nicest (but also most expensive) apartment we had so far. It was great for our family of four (including two small kids), and we all enjoyed the stay, the apartment, the proper shower, a nice, well-working kitchen and the two terraces. While we went to the beach 15 minutes walk away (where other family members stayed), there would also be access to the beach within 5 minutes walking distance. There are also a lot of good restaurants around.

Honestly, there was very little we didn't like. It's all minor details, such as the board under the dishwasher falling off every time you put dishes in. Or the single elevator which always seems to be occupied by someone else when you needed it. Nothing really holding you back from a great stay.
