"Liked the town and found good restaurants. Skiing is intermediate (not advanced) and all groomers."

No breakfast available at hotel. The breakfast buffet at the other hotel that one could purchase was disappointing.

Our room layout was very weird and crowded. The upstairs bedroom had a slanted roof so you would hit your head if not careful. The downstairs one was too crowded with two small beds. The heating of the condo was terrible - cold downstairs and way too hot upstairs when the heating element was on. There were some small black bugs (looked like woodworms) on one of the downstairs beds when we arrived so we did not use that bedroom at all. The receptionist tried to accuse our dog of having brought the bugs but our showdog (who incidentally is bathed every 7 days and uses boots for the walks outside to keep the room clean) had never even been in that room when we discovered the bugs so that was definitely something that was there before we even arrived.

Very good location, close to the ski lift, grocery store, many cafes and restaurants. The rooms are simple but cozy and have everything for a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. And we had an amazing view :)

"Magnificent family holiday!"

Our stay in Residence Le Grand Chalet was absolutely wonderful! The chalet is located at the best possible spot - meters from the funiculus and it was easy to go up on the slopes early. It is also a short walk to the town centre, and easy to get to restaurants and bars by foot. We had two lovely balconies, one looking towards the mountain for a great view. Breakfast was arranged in the hotel opposite and was excellent. The Chalet has a convenient spa that most mostly quiet in the evening. I couldn’t praise the staff enough – they were all lovely, friendly, patient and very helpful with any issues. Everything was easy and our stay was really memorable! We would love to go back!
