nothing. do not book here. it is a mall you will be locked inside of until it reopens like a caged animal. after calling the "property" number, we were directed by a boy without a uniform claiming to work there to climb up two pitch black flights of stairs in a vacant shopping mall. there was no light nor water and the boy locked us in the mall. we could not reach him after he locked us inside nor had any help from booking.com reps who had no idea how to deal with the issue. half our party was locked Inside the mall without access to food or water until the morning mall staff arrived. the other half of our party was locked outside the mall with no way to get in nor lodging. they were fortunately able to find lodging through a friend's family. the contact number on booking.com stopped answering the line from when half of us were let inside and locked in. this place is dangerous and this listing should be removed. spent upward of 8hrs locked in a mall with unhoused people sleeping in a food court. police would not answer calls. booking.com did nothing to indicate this was taken seriously and promised multiple times to have a supervisor call back over the week since this ludicrous situation took place. I have video footage of the entire ordeal. I was offered a 26 euro coupon for a future stay from booking.com. we will be following up any way we can to prevent another situation like this. this listing is entirely inaccurate and it is only a matter of time until someone is seriously injured due to the gross negligence on both the "property"'s part as well as booking.com. I have been using booking.com for years and never had an issue. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by all the circumstances. the fact that this property has not been removed from this website is an atrocity. I hold booking.com responsible.

potential death and inhumane treatment. locked inside a shopping mall without access to food & water for hours. no employees. no office. no desk. this is a huge liability and someone is bound to be seriously injured or die. pleased to offer anyone the footage of our experience. hoping booking.com will remedy the situation before there is a death.

Great central location, free parking in the shopping centre car park, nice big room with balcony, table etc. TV and internet worked well. Would be lovely to spend the days in.

Live band directly beneath the room until 11pm, lots of noise from the surrounding area until about 3am and then tour groups assembling outside with megaphones from about 6am. Made a restful night difficult. Not a lot can be done about the live band. Well fitting / sealing windows would go a long way to reducing the other noise from the surrounding areas.
