I hate the the security guard in the pool sadly one of my family want to swim but the guard was upset because she said they swim many times all i know is the pool is free and they can swim as long as they want but she dis not let my family to swim on that time and very disappointed the neighbour who leave down they came to our door to complain the noise we feel not comfortable during we stay in the units

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING THIS APARTMENT!! IT'S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! AD SAYS 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH A/C. BUT A/C IS ONLY WORKING IN THE BEDROOM, NOT IN THE LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN. THEY SAID I ONLY BOOKED THE BEDROOM, NOT THE ENTIRE APARTMENT. WHAT NONSENSE! DIRTY BATHROOM, NO BATHROOM DOOR KNOB AND EXHAUST FAN, NOT FULL BED AS ADVERTISED BUT JUST A SINGLE BED! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!

the place was dirty, hair balls on the floor. Terasse was full with cigarette buts, 30-50, Patio furniture were overgrowns with weed & plants. dirty , you don't wanted to sit on it.Roache in the Apt. no Kitchen towl or detergent, Glasses in shelf were not cleaned for a year. I don't understand why i need to pay 650 Peso clean up fee if the place is so trashed.

1. Best location since it's literally just beside SM mall. 2. Our request for a change room was granted right away.

We were initially given a room that has a very strong cigarette-smell that made us think of cancelling the booking since we're travelling with a toddler and old folks. That gave a very bad impression, however, a change room was granted right away. Thanks.
