Room and bathroom cleaning (daily or weekly) is available upon request and at an additional cost. Kitchen should be left clean by the guests at the end of the stay. Only 1 small dog (max 5kg) is allowed in each apartment, on request. Only ground-floor apartments can host a dog. A final cleaning charge is required if dogs are staying. Please note that all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. On-site parking is only available for cars. Vans and larger vehicles cannot be parked on the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
