Location is great Quiet and clean

Expected small bar of soap/shampoo I asked for a blanket and not just a sheet because the a/c can be freezing sometimes, I was told it's not possible

Posizione eccellente realmente a due passi dal porto e dalla spiaggia. Dai negozi e dai ristoranti. Tuttavia ad un minimo di distanza necessaria per preservare il riposo notturno data la vita notturna molto effervescente a Kardamaina. La Camera ampia e luminosa con due balconcini per stendere i panni e ritagliarsi un po' di relax. Un piccolo angolo cucina con il frigo e alcuni fornelli. Il proprietario Dino, gentilissimo e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in ci ha consentito di rilassarci in piscina in attesa della stanza e ci ha offerto anche quello che desideravamo bere.

Ubytování doporučiji, majitel je velmi vstřícný a nápomocný. Do Kardameny jsme přijeli před půlnocí a pan majitel Dino na nás čekal a ubytoval nás, vše vysvětlil a ještě jednou moc děkujeme za velmi laskavý přístup. Pokoj čistý, kuchyňka vybavena pro dvě osoby, plně dostačující, nic nám nechybělo. Koupelna čistá, nová, prostorná. Dobrá lokalita, blízko na pláž i do obchodů. Moc rádi se vrátíme! I recommend the accommodation, the owner is very friendly and helpful. We arrived in Kardamena before midnight and the owner Dino was waiting for us and accommodated us, explained everything and once again thank you very much for the very kind approach. The room was clean, the kitchen was equipped for two people, fully sufficient, we didn't miss anything. The bathroom was clean, new, spacious. Good location, close to the beach and shops. We will be happy to come back!

Posizione ottima, struttura pulita e personale gentilissimo

La struttura è accogliente e il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sono anche molto discreti e lasciano spazio per godere al massimo la vacanza. Gli appartamenti sono molto grandi, recentemente ristrutturati e il servizio di pulizia è giornaliero. Ottima la posizione, vicina al centro di kardamaina e alla spiaggia. Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti e 9 giorni e sono volati.

Ideal location near restaurants and bars. Exceptionally clean. Dino is a superb cook.

Beds were a bit hard.

This was our first visit to Zouboulia Apartments. We have travelled to many resorts on different Greek islands, and this is by far the most exceptional hotel for the money. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The hosts really couldn’t have done more for us. We were met (after a late flight) by Dino with four ice-cold bottles of water. Dino, Billy, and their mother/mother-in-law were all so lovely. We had some really great chats with them and learned a lot about the island and local politics. The lady didn’t speak English, but we were always greeted with a warm smile whenever we saw her around the apartments. It’s a real family place, and it was so lovely to see them having lunch together with their children during the day. The pool is the cleanest we’ve seen, and sunbeds cannot be reserved for more than 30 minutes, so there were always beds available. The poolside food is well-priced and delicious. Breakfast and lunch were both perfect. The maids came daily, and there was such lovely attention to detail—like laying my eye mask on my pillow and neatly stacking our small change left out on the table. The area is perfect: just a short stroll to the beach and shops, with a supermarket and an excellent bakery around the corner. I’d also like to address a previous comment about the rooms being accessible from the street. I have never stayed in a hotel or apartment that wasn’t accessible from the street in some way. The owners are there until 1 a.m., and they are literally across the road. There are also security cameras in the corridors, and we never once felt unsafe

Nice clean room, there was everything we needed. Aircon was working fine and was included in a price, in some places you have to pay separately. We were a bit afraid of a noise from the street (right on the opposite side is karaoke bar), but balcony door were cancelling all the noise. We recommend this accomodation :)

They could have given us more toilet paper 😆
