チェックインはスムーズでした

隣の部屋と外のカラスの声がうるさかった

部屋が広く、お風呂、トイレがセパレートだった。

全体的に埃がすごく、清掃の点で普通のホテルならクレームが出るレベル。バスマットの下に敷くマットに髪の毛がたくさんついていたし、サイドテーブルは埃だらけ、おそらく普段あまり稼働してない部屋でGWでひさびさの利用だったのかと感じた。 暑くて窓を開けると外の室外機がうるさく、窓を閉めてエアコンをつけるとずっとカタカタと音がして、家族全員よく眠れなかった。

ロケーション 部屋の広さ

禁煙部屋だったが、タバコのような匂いが強かった

駐車場が近くにたくさんあり便利。

パジャマがあれば良かったのに、残念。

it’s near the station

not that clean and the stuff on the phone a bit rude and not understanding at all the need of the their guests.

Space was huge by Japanese hotel standards and the location was very convenient next to Kokura station. It was also nice to have the shower and tub separate from the toilet and sink.

Check-in process was a bit tricky with the staff calling on the iPad. Their accent (non-Japanese) was very difficult to understand through the call and I had to ask them to repeat the questions. The room also wasn't the cleanest, with stained carpets throughout.

Großzügig und super ausgestattet

Keine Rezeption, nur check-in per Tablet. Etwas nervig, aber geht auch.
