Manchester's ONLY private party suite for 12 with Makeup Room

It was the perfect girly pad to make the hen feel special with plenty of space for everyone! We liked the little special touches and it was overall a really great stay.

Not all of the plug sockets worked & the downstairs shower wasn’t used as the temperature was either too hot or too cold but they were the only minor things we found x

Misleading Listing – Damp, Dirty, and Unsafe The property is advertised as “split level,” but it’s essentially a basement flat with only the entrance and toilets at ground level. The rest is underground. Bedding was damp and smelly, with no protectors and even blood spots on a spare duvet. Cushions and carpets were filthy, with strong odors and stray hairs. Kitchen was cramped, with no proper cooking facilities and barely space to sit. Fridge door couldn’t fully open. No locks on doors, loose toilet seats, one toilet light didn’t work, and wooden flooring in one toilet. Dangerous stairs with no warning strip or banister. Screws sticking up from carpet grippers. Worst of all, the only fire exit was upstairs — the second fire exit was behind a locked door, which is a major safety risk. Very disappointed and would not stay again.

The theme and vibe was so good, perfect for girls night

There were no toilets downstairs which was a bit of an inconvenience. Also the noise coming from outside was a lot louder than we expected with being underground

The rooms/decor was beautifully presented. It was large in size. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
