Perfect location and perfect for holidays with children. The kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely a place to go back.

the pool and the staff. the receptionists and the cleaning team are very helpful and caring.

the location is bad. there is nothing around. just to start living there, you need to buy everything, even soap to do the dishes. the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable. the bathroom is falling apart and the water is either very cold or very warm.

Nice location, big advantage was having local shop with basic grooceries articles open 24hrs at reception. For any basic needs I could just step by any time. eds were comfy, lot of space for storage, comfortable kitchen with basic equipment. Everything was was needed for our stay.

As in many objects this type as standard there should be unpaid Wifi connection. Now it is paid 16€ for 4 days for single person usage and not sure about stability/quality. I also didnt like that there is deposit for TV remote Control :) and no buttons on tv to control it. But still on vacation we didnt use it spending time outside ;) Air conditioning is extra paid but thats also fine. From enegry usage I understand that you should paid extra. We were few days and with open windows during night temprature was really cool (during March).

property was perfect for our needs downside for us quite a walk to Maspalomas centre taxis however are not expensive and reception telephoned to book very efficient

Basic but clean nice pool nothing much around walking distance,
