L’emplacement et la piscine

Appartement 131 . Logement sale à l’arrivée (chasse WC non tirée avec urine) très mauvaise literie, équipement vétuste , vaisselle dépareillée poêle et casserole très usagées (voir photo).système de climatisation hors service !!!

Lo único que está bien de este apartamento es la ubicación, pero con la cantidad de apartamentos que hay, no lo volvería a elegir.

El edificio de por sí viejo, descuidado y sucio. El apartamento es reflejo de como están las zonas comunes. Cero inversión en reformarlo, parece que cogieron los cachos en un desguace e hicieron el apartamento. Te cobran 200€ por una sola noche y da las gracias... Los muebles por dentro sucios, las ropas de cama dan grima y las fotos que ponen en el anuncio no se corresponde en absoluto con lo que luego te encuentras. Con la pasta que ganan podrían invertir en reformarlo. Enchufes sueltos, cables por fuera... No invita a quedarse, menos mal que fuimos por una sola noche. No volveremos.

Good communication from the host in terms of access, etc. Easy access to Maspalomas bus routes.

Lower price advertised, & if one missed the 'taxes not included' notice (as I did), the final price was more than I would have liked to pay.
