"Okayish place but .."

The hospitality and service. They apparently did try their best to solve an issue we had even though they couldn't.

One of the biggest disappointments we faced was the unusability of.the bathtubs in the rooms. Even after booking well in advance, they neither took care to ensure that the bath tubs were functional nor did they bother to inform us about the same. And though they tried to salvage the situation somehow , in the end didn't work out and we felt cheated because of the amount we paid and because we didn't even get any discount
