Tiszta szobák, jó parkolási lehetőség. Gyermekeknek külön játszó sarok, játszótér. Minden főzési lehetőség adott. A konyha jól felszerelt, minden fűszer rendelkezésre áll. Az összes szoba erkélyes.

A település szélén, elhanyagolt terület mellett van. Az ágyak elég kényelmetlenek, a párnákban a szivacs elhasznált. A világítás a szobákban gyenge. A wellness-ért külön fizetni kell. Megfontolásra ajánlom, hogy inkább kalkulálják bele az árba, s napi szinten pár órát lehessen használni a vendégeknek. A pingpong asztal a képekkel ellentétben a szabadban van, amit esőben szélben nem lehet használni. A csocsó asztalból gól után kiesik a labda, hangos csattanással gurul el.
