Bed very comfy, instant hot water & powerful shower. Excellent air-conditioning.

Poor kitchen, minimal utensils, no plug for sink, garbage bags, knifes, bread knife. Small saucepan. Good job we brought our own. Whilst the rate was cheap, it doesn't always pay to go cheap. No clean towels, no room clean for 6 nights. But not disturbed by cleaners either. Probably won't cut corners to save on cost next time. Rowdy group of males had to be confronted at 05:00 in my pyjamas as I had no room service phone. Thankfully I look a bit brutish and no one wanted to argue with me. Not something I expect at a first class golfing facility.

The amenities were great and the hotel was beautiful.

There was so mix up with the swimming usage and that some staff members said conflicting information about which one was allowed.

Top location. Professional and kind staff most of the time. Nice also the club house and staff there.

One of the breakfast staff was extremely rude. And one of the reception team looked always annoyed. Cleaning checks need to be done better too, but it might have been just a one off.

Nice surroundings. Very quiet. Spacious hotel complex. International guests - most of them are no teenagers.

Very mixed staff. Professional job at the reception desk. The waiters at the restaurant are indescribable. Also the meals are mediocre (kindly spoken). In a hotel of this pretension the restaurant is a failure.

for early spring the bed cover was very thin and there was no blanket in the room.

Loved the green surroundings, amazing to wake up to that view, the room was perfect size and very comfortable, the staff were very nice. The restaurant next to the square pool was very good.

The pool bars were very badly stocked with snacks... the toasts were really not a good quality and no other beautiful Italian snacks available.
