Stanza Mare Beach Front

Location was great, Beach was nice. Food was good.

Water was turned off from 9pm to 6am all week, airport shuttle not included as my confirmation stated. They charge for electricity. The staff doesn't speak much English like the posting says. The bed was horrible, very much like sleeping on a board, the balcony holds large puddles after rain, couldn't use the front screen door because 1/2 of it was missing and never was fixed our entire stay. They charge for bath towels. Lots of extra costs not posted on the listing.

The complex is great, our apartment G302 was very tired and worn. Some poor attempts had been made to update the bathrooms, but all very ad hoc. Metal furniture was rusty, the window in the living room leaked (a lot), the facades on the kitchen units were peeling off at the bottom, decor was poor, also not satisfied at the level of cleanliness . Would be nice to have more than 1 tea towel, and perhaps a couple of extra hand towels. On the positive the size was good, the view was fab, and the location, gardens, pool and beach were good.

My experience was not the best! We had a pipe burst in the early morning of March 24 no staff around to help us! I'm asking for compensation for our last 5 nights of 500.00 US ! I have sent emails to Dreams no response as well Romeo the property manager has ignored them and gave me the run around! We are very unhappy customers

Location, friendly staff, clean rooms with good AC

They take down the chairs at the beach very early usually before sunset

Spacious, tons of storage to keep our stuff organized and in order. Great location! Lots of souvenir shops, restaurants, a pharmacy & several markets within walking distance. Very clean & well kept. We felt very safe! There are security guards at each entrance point. If you do not have a bracelet, you are not getting passed them! The staff was extremely friendly & helpful with all of our needs. Poolside Snack Shack has an excellent breakfast! The people that live there year-round are so nice & friendly. There is a social gathering on Wednesday evenings & Bingo on Monday nights!

The king bed we had was not very comfortable for us. But it could probably be due to both of us having had back issues in the past.

The property is in a great location and is in the vicinity of various restaurants, shops, grocery stores, etc. It also has an amazing pool and private restaurant/bar.

There was a leak in the restroom roof, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay. Not enough to outweigh the pros of staying there.

I loved the fact that it was super close to the beach

The mosquitos and the fact that most of the staff hardly speaks English
