Prévoir un paiement à l arrivée de l électricité pour un studio 7,5 dollar par nuit .Il appelle ça une caution mais c est une facture car on n est pas rembourser il ne regarde pas la consommation c est un forfait. On peut payer en pesos dominicain en dollars ou en euros.

We were waiting almost two hours to check in (7-8:30 pm) as they misplaced our key. We also didn’t get any information that reception will be closed at that time or our room number. Security guard didn’t want to give us any information either. Eventually we came in to the room and realised it’s dirty and lots of stuff are damaged. We started checking everything as we find out about deposit €100 cash in case we damage anything so we wanted to be sure they won’t blame us for anything. I almost cut my feet on a broken tiles in a bathroom that was covered by the bath mat(which they called safety mat) and the toilet was leaking(we sent the video but management response was that they didn’t find any leak even though there is a stain on a tiles made by that leak.We also found mouse droppings in a kitchen lots of ants and bugs around the room. We found a hole in AC unit, blinds were broken and some wooden panels on the ceiling were broken. We contacted hotel reception immediately and asked for an assistance to help us. We got a reply that someone will come in next day to check. When they came at9am they offered as cleaning but obviously broken stuff which are dangerous won’t be fixed so we asked for a different room or a refund . After consultation they said we can ask for a refund through the booking.com website and leave. Since then I’m trying to get my money back as now hotel is saying that neither me or booking send them a request to cancel that stay/ get refund. I Have all the photos how the room looked and also all the confirmation from booking when they requested refund. Hotel have also lots of hidden cost which they want you to pay by cash. Sadly they ruined some part of our holiday so definitely I would say avoid this place at any cost. We also notified ministry of tourism and local authorities so if anyone else have similar experience please send me an email and we can have bigger case.

El apartamento contratado le faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza. Todo el complejo super limpio y prolijo. La.piscina impecable. La gran falla fue en el apartamento. Cortinas que no funcionaban, luces idem, etc. El personal de recepción muy bien.
