Clean and tidy facilities and nice and close to everything

Just had 1 issue where I was given the incorrect room number, which let me into an already occupied room.

Nice little motel in a great location, easy walking distance to the centre of Queenstown.

The parking is very tight, which can't be helped due to the nature of the plot, but each apartment does have its own space which is good.

Water pressure in the building, particularly the shower

Das Internet hat während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Da ich dringend darauf angewiesen war, war das ein großes Problem. Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch das Verhalten des Gastgebers: Es wurde nichts unternommen, um den Fehler zu beheben. Nachdem ich das Problem gemeldet hatte, kam nur ich solle den Router neu starten, was nicht funktioniert hat. Danach hat sich der Gastgeber einfach gar nicht mehr gemeldet und meine Nachrichten ignoriert. Für Unkosten (SIM-Karte/Coworking-Space) kam der Gastgeber nicht auf und bot auch keinen Nachlass etc. an. Das ist absolut unprofessionell.

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and is in close proximity to the Queenstown Gardens and the Town Center. The studio type room has everything we need for a 5-day stay. It was a pleasant stay in Wakatipu View Apartment.
