The location in Old Town was superb. The living facilities were comfortable and the apartment was well-stocked. We appreciated that they were able to accommodate with enough beds for a family of 6. The owner and his son were very kind and responsive to questions. Check in/out was a breeze!

We didn't realize the apartment was on the 4th floor. We had suitcases and it was not easy to bring them up after a 20 minute walk with them from the train station! But this is a minor detail and not anyone's fault.

Great location. Very clean and well appointed

Apartment is the PERFECT location. If you want to experience Regensburg, this apartment is exceptional. Two large bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. Equipped kitchen. The apartment is in the historical district within walking distance to everything. There are restaurants and bars within a few feet. If you book a historical tour, they will meet you at the apartment. The apartment resides on a restricted street. If you are driving, you can still pull up outside of the apartment to unload. Just don't leave your car unattended. Parking is about 1/2 mile away. Easy walk.

Really nice, very well-equipped apartment half a block from the cathedral in the centre of the old town. Close to buses, shops, restaurants, and everything you might want to visit. Comes with a dishwasher and a laundry area with a drier. The hosts were great, and even the sofabed was comfortable.

Note that it's about 3 floors up, with no elevator

Nice apartment right in the old town. Very comfortable unit. Please note you cannot park here so be prepared to unload and walk a considerable distance. Unfortunately the location is near some very noisy Bars where the noise continues on til at least 3am in the morning. It is ironic that there is a card in the unit notifying the tenant to be quiet. We found that most interesting.

Parking is a great distance from the unit. Noise from the Bars below will keep you awake which is detrimental to a good stay.
