The restaurant was good and had very friendly service. The room was pretty quiet. Parking was secure and onsite. Kitchen was well equipped.

The hotel charges a $60 cleaning fee, although they don't actually clean the room. I mentioned this to the host and they came once, cleaned the floor and gave me fresh towles. But I would expect a bit more considering they charge such a hefty cleaning fee. No mention of the "we don't clean the room" policy was in the booking. The host told me that because it is a "residence" and not a hotel, they don't clean. It would have been nice to know this upfront.

Very comfortable beds, kitchenette and clean bathroom. Fridge. Garage included with room to leave skis and boots. All very good and appreciated. We accidentally forgot our hair dryer and they kindly shipped it back to us

As others have said, it is all DIY, just the apartment and that's it - come with all your own stuff for cooking, even washing up liquid. Walls were quite thin but it wasn't a big problem.

The owner was very nice and welcome. We were arriving really late and he was waiting for us. Next morning drying the breakfast I’ve asked if they have any vegetables and starting the next day fresh vegetables were present every time. Iva gave us some advice for site seeing and other stuff. Definitely recommend.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear the neighbours. Rooms are cooled by the water floors, which didn’t help in the extreme heat of July-August 2023. But I think in the normal conditions it should be fine.
