Very friendly and hospitable host. Comfortable bed and nice balcony. Clean & functional. Short walk from the centre.

Bedrooms are on a relatively small and in our case we had rather noisy neighbours ;(

The room was exactly what I need in terms of size, comfort and location. I loved the quiet neighborhood just a 10-20 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and the cathedral.

I probably would have hired a taxi to take me from the ferry dock to the property if I had understood that the walk to it was uphill. I was able to do it since I exercise regularly but even 20 minutes uphill mid-day with luggage was not my preference. And then I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the fourth floor. If a person has knee, hip or back problems this is not the place for them to stay. Fortunately, for me it was all worth it when I saw the room and the access to the roof that allowed me to easily enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Matheos was friendly although he seemed to lose patience with me at times when I asked him questions that I imagine he answers a lot during the tourist season. He was never rude, just seemed annoyed at times.
