It was very clean, staff were good and very prompt

Access to premises is very narrow and tight small road for car like innova.

The cleanliness is ok, above average for service apartments in India. Staff are very helpful, knowing visitors have limitations in accessing the apartment. Proactively tried to help.

The apartment is located on a very very narrow road, and big vehicles ie, van, mini bus can't drop you off easily. Every driver we booked struggled to drive to drop us off at the service apartment. We have booked a tempo van, which has to park on the main road. Luckily, the staff really helped us to transfer the luggage and send us to the main road. It was not a pleasant experience, but I must say a big thank you to the staff who are managing the situation. This is not explained in the advertisement anywhere
