Un mic defect la o ușă, de la unul din cele două terase, defect care sigur se va remedia in viitorul apropiat

"The apartment felt like a good car which lacks proper maintenance"

The studio is big, well partioned, large bathroom, large kitchen area, very well designed, enough spaces for clothes, lugagges, etc, nice balcony. Kitchen is well equipped, but it's missing a microwave owen. Decent size refrigerator, it also has a freezing compartment.

Furniture hinge broken, hair and eyelashes on the sheets and in the bathroom. Showerhead hose was leaking. Water from the walk-in shower splashed in the bathroom and found it's way to the room. The freezing compartment of the refrigerator was absolutely filled with ice (maybe it ran with the door open).
