Kokkinos

We were looking for a quiet, dog-friendly spot on the calmer side of Halkidiki — and we found the perfect place. The house was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony was a relaxing spot to unwind. Best part? The beach was just a one-minute walk away, and it was private and peaceful. The property provides sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge, which made everything so easy. The sea was absolutely stunning — the kind of place where you don’t want to swim anywhere else. There were markets and cafes nearby, and we could bring food or drinks to the beach area without any problems. The hosts were always present and super welcoming. A truly restful experience!

The villa is located in front of a beautiful beach, where you will have your own sunbeds and umbrella with the name of your room. Stunning views from the window and perfect garden with a lot of outdoor furniture. There is even a playground for the smaller children. Also, there are very nice restaurants nearby. We stayed at Kokkinos with our dog and our vacation was more than perfect. Thank you!!!

The kitchen is not very convenient - there is some old furniture but it is equipped with everything needed. There is a very good large fridge and you could bring your own food. Of course, you need to have in mind that you should bring as well olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. But this is ok. :)

The property is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s beautifully located right by the sea, offering stunning views. There’s a great barbecue area perfect for relaxing evenings. The host is incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything is just right. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff. I spent 4 nights at this property with my wife and our beagle dog.🐶 Stayed here between 22nd May to 26th may 2025. As it was right before the summer season it was just us. Extremely friendly people!

Nothing!

This was out second time booking at kokkinos, the year before we loved it so much, but we only spent 1 night. So this year we book for all eastern break,… unfortunately it was not the same as what we expected.

The garden was a mess, apparently a storm destroyed some parts, but it didn’t look they were ready to receive guest, that was the major disappointment, also because it was 20€ more expensive a night than last year. Eventually by the last day (as more guests arrived) they started fixing it, but the nice trees that provided shade are gone. Also with the arrival of more guests, we had to say goodbye to hot water, not enough for all to shower. The internet didn’t help our stay, as it was not strong at all, i needed to summit some work and ended up using my phone data to do it.

The apartment was recently renovated next to the beach in a quiet area. It has nice views and was very clean and comfortable.

There was no warm water! We rented early March and without the direct sun, there is no warm water from the solar collectors. Also, the walls are thin and neighboring guests’ dogs barked nonstop from 07:30-08:30 after they left for the day.
