Location and comfortable room.

had to change rooms at very short notice, within an hour which was very inconvenient as was meant to be meeting a friend, 2 days before we were due to leave due to a mix up with the hotel. this meant we moved to a room with no view at all and we booked the hotel as we wanted a view.
