Розташування дуже зручне, буквально в Центрі міста, до набережної 5 хвилин. Чисто та затишно, «як вдома».

Влітку може турбувати шум з вулиці, я закривала вікно на ніч

Розташування, центр міста все поруч, привітні власники , є все необхідне для проживання.

Незручний матрац, кожну пружину чутно. Звукоізоляція погана чути розмови сусідів за стіною. І дуже чутно шум з вулиці, ніби і вікон немає.
