Otelin sahibi Ayça hanım ile iletişim oldukça kolaydı. Yer hem merkezi hem kalabalıktan uzak. Mobilyalar gayet konforlu. Balkon manzarası efsane. Super schöne Unterkunft, mit einem tollen Ausblick auf Bodrum. Die Gastfreundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber war nicht zu übertreffen. Taxen und Bus sind unmittelbar in der Nähe, sodass man überall sehr leicht hingelangt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

The location is very ideal for those looking to stay close to the center of Bodrum while enjoying a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. There’s a taxi station less than five minutes away, so transportation is always convenient. The area feels calm and serene, offering a much cooler atmosphere compared to the city center, thanks to the property’s elevated position. It’s perfect for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle, while still being within easy reach of everything.

The property’s location is excellent, calm, and peaceful, but it needs significant improvements and general deep cleaning. The kitchen cupboards and amenities were sticky, indicating they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lack of kitchen utensils—only enough for 3 people, even though we rented it for 6. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a very thin mattress and a frame that made noises with any movement. It’s outdated and should be replaced. Additionally, having more comfortable seating arrangements in the living room would greatly improve the stay. Lastly, I’d like to mention that the staff member responsible for check-in (I believe her name is Ayca) could benefit from a friendlier approach. During our interactions, she seemed rather distant and unwelcoming. For example, when we returned the keys and wished her a good day and said thank you, there was no response at all, which we found very surprising. A warmer and professional hospitality attitude would certainly improve the experience for guests, as hospitality plays a big part in making a stay enjoyable.
