Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly polite and friendly — both on the day we checked in and when we checked out. Even though we interacted with different employees, every single one of them was exceptionally pleasant and professional, which we really appreciated. The room was spotless, quite spacious, and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The courtyard with the garden was perfect for enjoying morning and evening coffee — such a peaceful and beautiful spot. The hotel grounds were simply fantastic, and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely wonderful! We truly loved everything about our stay here — highly recommend it 10000%!

Great apartment - fully equipped with kitchen facilities including air fryer, and large segregated bedroom; Location is amazing, in the middle of hiking country, ski area, lovely village.

controlling temp was tough (windows need to be shut and sensors didnt function); need more laundry machines, too much wait time..

Sehr grosses Appartement; Küche mit guten Geräten, vorallem der Airfreyer hat uns überrascht. Tolle Poollandschaft mit Sauna. Brötchenservice ist top.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite. The hotel is beautiful and location amazing.
