Santrivani Rooms

The location is perfect. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The host was rather rude upon check-in and check-out, asking if we arrived so late because we were cheap and took the cheapest flight (actually, it was the only flight connection). Upon check-out, we looked for the man (who sits in front of the door on the street), but he wasn't there, so we went for breakfast. He sent a nasty text telling us to return to check-out and had gone into our room. The view from the balcony in the photos is lovely but in reality, it is a junk heap of old bedframes and a wall. Not worth paying extra for a balcony.

Manager was helpful. The place is really central in the old town. Catering in the room was great.

The location was perfect - in the old city and short walking distance to the old port, but on a side alley that is quite with really good restaurants

The apartment is located in the middle of beautiful old town of Chania. I was a bit worrying about the level of noise, but the street became very quiet in the evening. The apartment building is a historic beautiful building. The room has a high celling and feel spacious. There are a plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. The host Jannis is very friendly and helpful.

Ioannis was SO hospitable, and the location of the room was perfect. A/C worked wonderfully, bathroom was nice, and beds were comfortable. If I ever return to Crete I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ioannis!!

There wasn’t anything about the room I didn’t like.

The rooms are in such a great location , it is clean and with a cute little balcony also it is very quiet considering the location
