Las habitaciones están bien y la vista desde el balcón es linda.

La cocina no está bien equipada, faltan cosas elementales para preparar algo simple, por ejemplo un cuchillo que corte verduras para preparar una ensalada. Sugiero a los anfitriones prestar más atención al equipamiento.

Location close to the beach

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues: - The toilet was extremely dirty and had clearly not been cleaned since the previous guest - there were still traces of faeces left inside. - The shower was also unclean, and the water did not drain properly. - The towels provided were old and had an unpleasant odour. - The bathroom door could not be closed as it was blocked by the floor. - Mosquito nets were missing for several windows, including those in the bathroom and bedrooms. - The sound insulation was very poor — we could clearly hear switching the lights off/on, conversations, coughing and footsteps from the neighbouring apartments. - There was a strong smell of oil on the terrace, likely coming from the heating system. - The outdoor table was dirty and covered in dust. - The entrance door lock did not seem secure - it could easily be opened with a screwdriver. - The main gate to the property did not close properly, allowing stray dogs to enter, which made it uncomfortable to sit or eat outside. Considering these issues, a daily rate of over €120 is unreasonable for the current condition of the apartment. A simple "sorry "from the administrator of the apartment when paying after the first night is unfortunately not sufficient.
