"Great spot in a central, top location."

We liked the fantastic location ( a view to the caldera from an open top roof platform, close to many cafes, restaurants, mini markets, shops and Fira, but at the same time quiet and cosy) good breakfast for 10 EUR, friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable bed.

The room layout allowed to access the bed from only one side. However, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable.

"Excellent location, hosts and value. Would stay again."

The hosts could not have been nicer. I celebrated my birthday there and they went above and beyond to surprise me with ballon’s and a bottle of wine. The location in Firostefani was ideal for us. Breakfast very reasonably priced, hot and delivered to the room. Can’t say enough about Nikolina and George. Would recommend highly.

"Hidden gem in Firostefani"

Staff was friendly and attended to all my requests. The room was private, spacious, comfortable and had complete amenities. The location is in a quiet spot in Firostefani, few mins walk from Fira and the caldera. Amazing views from the rooftop!

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The owner Nikolina and George were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. There are many restaurants and shops next to the hotel. Amazing view if you leisurely walk from hotel to Imerovigli.

"Exceptional Stay!"

Very lovely staff who gave a warm welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations and booking airport transfers and tours. My room had a view of the pool but absolutely loved going to the rooftop for a quiet moment to admire the beautiful views of the Caldera. Location was also excellent with Firostefani right outside the gate and direct pathways to Fira or the hike to Oia.

"Exceeded our expectations"

Everything about our stay was excellent starting from owners staying up till the early hours of the morning to greet us after our flight was delayed. Breakfast was great. Location was ideal and the advice of things to see and do was invaluable. Would definitely stay again.

Location was perfect Seconds from caldera views Great cocktail bar next door We had room 16 which was really spacious

Lovely location very quiet, easy to walk to the harbour or bus station. Nice views, the hotel staff were brilliant, nice decorations and size rooms
