2 out of 3 rooms did not have working AC 1 room smelled of cigarettes When these were mentioned we were gaslit by management basically accusing us of not knowing how to run the AC units and told that when their staffed checked the room that smelled like smoke it was “perfectly clean”. Not something I would expect from a reputable hotel.

Удобный уютный отель, хорошее расположение, близко к морю, к магазинам, бассейн на крыше. Комнаты большие, все очень чисто и аккуратно. Каждый день убирали, меняли полотенца и постельное. Завтраки базовые, но всего было достаточно на любой вкус. Очень приветливые хозяева, помогали если что-то нужно, интересовались все ли в порядке. Мы остались очень довольны нашим отдыхом в этом отеле.

Все понравилось. Кондиционер немного шумный, можно бы и обновить.

We stayed for a few days and were generally satisfied. The rooms are very clean – big compliments for the hygiene. They look exactly like the photos – modern and nicely decorated. Breakfast is decent, but it was the same every single day, with no variation or additional options, which gets a bit monotonous if you're staying longer. The location is excellent, and everything else was fine. With a few small improvements, the stay would be much more pleasant.

One major downside is the heat in the rooms – without the AC, it’s unbearable, like being in a sauna. The air conditioner had to run all night just to make it comfortable enough to sleep. Another small issue is the glass doors on the shower and toilet – they’re semi-transparent, which isn’t ideal when staying with family. The toilet itself is extremely small, literally like one on an airplane.

Good location, there is a supermarket, taxi station, restaurants and shops close to the hotel. Nice rooftop pool, but most of the time there is no stuff so no service.

While I was having a breakfast with a friend from another room, the front desk lady ran to us and started screaming at us in front of everyone, she accused my friend for not paying for the breakfast. This was a very humiliating experience. We are grownup men (36+). Obviously we all paid, I even paid for dinner. Never came back to eat after this one breakfast. Even if someone was stealing your eggs, you should have a better approach. The rooms feel hunted, all the lights flash every few minutes. They said it’s because we are on an island, but I never had it in any other hotel in Crete. The toilet is very small, couldn’t close the door, not when standing and not when sitting. My TV was broken. They said that they bought a new one, but never replaced it. Weak water streaming the shower. No basic equipment in the room like cups or a garbage can.

Location is very good, quite street but a few minutes walk to the beach and the main streets, hotel is clean and modern, they let us check out a little late for no charge

Where do we start? The bathroom/toilet is designed in an open space and closed with glass, everyone can hear and partially also see what you’re doing, probably ok for long time married couples but definitely not for young couples, groups of friends etc, also the toilet room is the smallest in the world, i am 1.77cm and could barely sit without my knees touching the glass door, horrible., Lights in the room keeps jumping (we had 2 rooms and it happened in bot all the time for 5 days), tvs dont work, no trash cans in the rooms (isn’t it basic?), ac take a LONG time to cool the room but eventually did the job, also the receptionist yelled at us when we started eating breakfast the we didn’t book breakfast, but we did, very uncomfortable and unprofessional, even if we didn’t, there is a way to approach guests. Oh and my friend that stays in a different hotel came by to give me a an orthopaedic pillow he bought for me cause forgot to bring one for ly back issues and she did not allow him to go up to my room after i have confirmed on the phone that he is my friend and just came to bring me something an leaving, she said no guests and something about covid policy (covid is not a thing anymore lady), also only one room key so if you want to sleep and your friend wants to stay out you have to wake up and open the room for him, or try to find the receptionist to open it for you.. Some more minor issues but honestly you get the point, we are 35-37 year old married man who travel quite often, this was a weird and new experience

Everything was great

The Hotel was modern and super clean. The breakfast was very good and the setting to eat breakfast was really nice. We booked an executive room which was very spacious with comfortable beds and two spacious balconies with sea views. The rooms had a fridge and air con. Elevator was quick and straight to room. The pool was located on the roof with ample comfortable sun loungers available. A real sun trap. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Probably the nicest we have encountered on our travels.

The only few comments (not to negative) would be the toilet area is very compact and we feel better use could have been made of the area available. Also the Air Conditioning could have been stronger but it sufficed.

Let's start with the location, great! Close to the main street, close to the boardwalk and the port, close to a variety of restaurants and parking lots. The area is very quiet and there is a parking lot close to the cars. The breakfast is good, there is a variety of cheeses and pastries but few vegetables. We originally booked 2 rooms, we arrived five people, a couple of parents and three teenage children. In the original request we asked to be in adjacent rooms and the hotel took care of that. The hotel chose to upgrade the room of the three children in order for them to be comfortable and spacious. Very nice thinking. The first evening we discovered that there was a leak in the sink, we called the representative at the reception who immediately informed us that a technician would arrive the next morning and the issue would be taken care of, in addition she informed us that in order not to suffer from this she would move us to another room if we wanted. We were upgraded to a larger suite adjacent to the children. Amazing staff, helpful, nice, professional.
