"Perfect for skiing"

Bit of a free for all at check-in. Everyone turns up at 5pm.. Then rooms aren't ready..

Very good apartment for big group (#253), nice building, great location, good staff, etc.

Big apartment (for 10-12 people) let down by very small (really one person) kitchen with very limited cooking tools, no oven mitts, etc.

"Great apartment in great location with stunning mountain views"

The location was great being so close to the ski lifts. The layout was great for our group of friends. Warm and comfy. Parking easy to get to. The spa was really great and being able to use the hotel's pool and spa a real bonus. The views from the balcony were amazing. Liked the outdoor cupboard for storing wine and beer! The ensuites were good, especially the jacuzzi baths.

The kitchen was tiny and lacked some basic utensils etc. The dishwasher didn't work very well. No hooks in the bedrooms to hang up salopettes. The cupboards for the skis/snowboards need slots to store them as they fell everywhere. Parking very expensive given no where else to park! Should have provided a list of what wasn't included so we could have brought stuff - hand soap, toilet paper, salt and pepper.

Front desk staff couldn't do enough for us. Games ans special cooking equipment were readily available.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable in that you rolled into a dip in the mattress.
