When entering the hotel area it feels like entering a small tropical island in the island. The staff was super polite and supporting during our 4 nights. Everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay very much. Can only recommend!

A true boutique experience with friendly staff and high attention to details. The garden is villa's biggest advantage – it probably is the most beautiful garden we saw in our life, words cannot depict all the small details and a lot of care that has been put in gardening activities across years. Only because of the garden Villa Charme de L'ile is worth visiting – and the object offers much more. The pool area was great as well. Free bikes assigned to each room are a clear advantage as well. We liked the breakfast – it is not expensive and even the basic option was sufficient for us. We stayed in a small standalone house and it was almost brand new – we loved small details inside and an efficient air-conditioning. Location is great as it is near the harbour and island's life concentrates here.

Jacuzzi seems to operate only a few hours during the day – when we approached it during the evening, it was empty and covered.

This is one of the cleanest places I've been to. Boutique hotel with only 6 rooms, most of the time you have the pool to yourself. Very kind and attentive hosts that were there for any question we had. The room also came with complementary bikes which were very handy. Highly recommended!

For a light sleepers, a bed is a little uncomfortable, you can feel every movement of your sleep pattern :) The bathroom door is transparent so there is the light in the room early in the morning.

It is important to note that this is no longer an adults only property, which was primarily why we selected this hotel. When we booked it several months ago, it was advertised as adults only but that has changed. The property is adorable with special little touches throughout the grounds and rooms. The rooms are immaculate, clean, new modern and house keeping was spectacular. With only six rooms, it was generally quiet and peaceful (luckily some very loud guests left after two nights). Bikes are provided by the host so you can easily explore the island. The staff are friendly, helpful and will do their best to make the stay perfect. The entire staff was excellent and it's obvious they take pride in their beautiful facilities. Pool is great with lawn chairs in the shallow end, perfect for soaking up the rays.

We felt we should have been told in advance that kids are now welcome. While we got lucky and there weren't any during our stay, it would have been good to know in the event we wanted to change our booking. But otherwise, it was perfect.
