Hotel Rosa Mexicano

Had issue getting TV setup for my Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Account would not stay logged in and logging in was difficult. Also, the light breakfast of coffee, pan, and fruit was late on a couple mornings. Otherwise very pleased.

Very easy to get to and staff very polite

Staff was friendly but most of the amenities promised did not work. The AC did not work and when we asked the people at the front they already knew there was an issue but still gave us the room. The water was not always hot and we couldn't shower 1 day out of the 2 we were there. The wifi did not reach the room and streaming on the tv was inconsistent. The credit card machine did not work in the morning and they said we could pay later and gave us the room which we were happy about initially. However, they woke us up at 11 30 in the night to pay. We paid a good amount of money for this hotel and none of the basic amenities worked as expected.

Beautifully decorated and maintained older property. There was some confusion about our reservation but Alberto was very gracious and helpful. Do be aware that you have to climb to the second or third floor to get to the guest rooms.

El único inconveniente fue con la limpieza del cuarto, había algunos cabellos en el baño, detrás de la puerta y en la zona de la regadera.

La propiedad es muy tranquila. En contra, no está debidamente identificado.

Esra en una esquina del centro de la ciudad con mucho tráfico y soles cerradas por una feria

My stay at Rosa Mexicano was great. The hotel is walking distance to El Centro and El Zocalo. The room was updated and cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The terrace overlooking the park was a great spot to enjoy a cold beer in the afternoon. Looking forward to going back.

Excelente atención del personal, muy atento y amable. Me sentí muy segura y cómoda. Muy recomendable!!!!
