Hotel comodo, bello, ad un'ottima posizione. Staff super gentile e disponibile. Rapporto qualita' prezzo ottima, veramente ci ha stupito.

Falta de mantenimiento. Poca presión de agua, por momentos te quedabas sin agua caliente.

Il residence è curato e in posizione ottima: una strada tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio e a pochi minuti di auto sia dalle spiagge che dal centro di Porto Cervo. L’appartamento era spazioso e pulito, con una terrazza grande e funzionale affacciata sulla piscina, perfetta anche per mangiare all’aperto. La comunicazione con i receptionist è stata sempre rapida ed efficiente, rispondendo a ogni esigenza. Abbiamo inoltre molto apprezzato il cambio biancheria gratuito dopo 4 giorni e il fatto che si occupassero loro della raccolta dei rifiuti al mattino.

L’unico aspetto meno positivo è stato l’odore sgradevole in bagno, che ci costringeva a tenere la finestra aperta. L’acqua calda era un po’ limitata per 6 persone, anche se in estate ci si adatta facilmente. Come suggerimento, sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione un asciugacapelli moderno, poiché quello presente era il classico modello a muro.

mi aspettavo un personale più presente e almeno una pulizia della camera in 7 giorni .

The location was good and there is a lovely restaurant next door.

When we arrived and went out onto the small balcony (which housed recycling bins and a mop) we realised that we would not be able to sit out as the air conditioning unit was pumping out roasting hot air making it totally unusable. We asked to change rooms but were unable to do so. With two small children a balcony was a must as it would have allowed us to stay up beyond the children’s bedtime. The pool was nice and very quiet but despite asking on the first day if inflatables were allowed in the pool- the officious lifeguard then changed the rules after we had paid for two (pretty expensive) inflatables for our children and these were now not allowed. Not only this but people weren’t allowed to play with balls in the pool or to jump in making it pretty boring for children. This all seemed very silly given the fact that the pool was often empty. The room was not cleaned the whole week we stayed and towels were changed just once. It was a decent base to explore the surrounding area but I think it was pretty poor value for money overall.
