Zona muy tranquila y con un restaurante y heladería muy cerca donde hacer la última parada antes de descansar El apartamento en sí esta muy bien con vistas a la piscina un amplio balcon donde cenar y pasar el rato, parking al lado estuvimos 6 personas y genial Todo limpio y equipado

Algún imperfecto en los cajones y armarios que comunicamos al propietario y amablemente se ofreció para arreglar, pero optemos porque no lo hiciera solo que lo tuviera en cuenta para futuros inquilinos

L'accueil à l'arrivée dans le logement : Christian a été super. La piscine : elle était grande et propre. Parking gratuit dans la résidence. La terrasse.

Le canapé n'était pas très confortable. Il manquait une machine à café. L'adresse d'arrivée ne correspondait pas au logement.

Great place, great location.

Check in was super easy and was given to us over WhatsApp. The apartment is cute and the pool was great. Location was good too if you have a car.

A lovely place , we stayed a few nights and we had everything we needed. Lovely surroundings, fast check in and check out. Clean apartment, easy parking. Would go again. Sardinia is such a beautiful island. I would recommend to see it a bit earlier that 20 October, a lot of restaurants where closed and shops. The weather was a bit cloudy and rainy but we still had some sun and good water ! :)

The reception is friendly and well organized. The facilities are very good, everything you need is there. Great apartment for two people.

An extra €15 must be paid for bed linen and bath towels. It's not entirely clear to me why this isn't included in the booking price.

Nice apartment with beatiful view to swimming pool, great location near Palau only 20 minutes by car (boatrip to La Maddalena - must see the Caribean beaches - Cala Granara, Cala Corsara, Cala di Santa Maria - georgeous blue color of water), good communication with Christiano, very kindly neighbors Adriana and Luis, calm and quiet location, only 15 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches, you can choose many possibilities (Rena di Ponente, La Licciola, Rena Bianca, Cala Punta, Rena di Majori). Nearly check in without problem, without fees.

Nothing, but you have to buy toilet paper, wash liqiud and have to pay for sheets and towels, this is extra fee in the apartment.
