1) Parking card not working upon c/in. Luckily the guard help is to open the gate. 2) Wooden entrance door was making a loud cracking sound when we open it & it doesn't close smoothly...like the door is out of frame. 3) Facility that was advertised in booking.com is not the same as the actual place for example in booking.com shows there were a lot of plates and cups available for us to us but when we open the cupboard, there were only 3 bowls and 3 cups with few chopsticks. 4) we were unable to use the stove. 5) some of the kitchen cabinet were mouldy and it was not clean properly. I can find dirty cloth in one of the cabinet under the stove. 6) water pressure at the shower in the master bedroom is quite slow. 7) Shower holder in the 2nd bathroom was fix too high for me to put back the shower after use.

Clothes in the washing machine never take out, and the condo environment very old very dirty, it is an old building. They only take good looking pictures to post, when u reached there u will realise.
MYThe location is very convenient just center of USJ area; suitable for big family or more people stayed.
