- we were lied to by the booking description: no pool and no roof on the top (closed for works) - extremely noisy as it is filled with Russians here to party - dirty room, dirty commons, dirty ground pool - regular power outrage in the building as “the network was not made for so many people - our room had a huge water leak that has not been treated, just covered by paint. As a result it was smelling paint and mold.

The woman in charge was very friendly and efficient. The location is quiet. The balcony is nice.

They could add some cutlery like coffee spoons, corkscrew, a cap opener.

The staff was wonderful and helped if there was anything. The location was also 7min walk away from the beach. Overall really good!

The flat was nice and well equipped. The pool on the rooftop was nice.

The staff is hard to reach. The property looks and feels really old. Also the location is not the best.

Room not very clean, for self catered unit it needs more equipment

The location is good, not far from the beach and minimart, the pool is good and the balcony is big, the facilities quite enough, the bed is comfortable, TV is large with smart tv,WIFI work good,

I was check in late at 22.30 there is nobody will waiting for you at the reception, you have to call them and add LINE or WhatsApp to contact them,I have to find my keycard at the counter by myself and the way to get in quite confused, the room was not so clean, musty smell and I feel like I would get sick because of mold, I coudn't sleep so well at the first night as I coudn't breath so well, I text them and they told me that they will send the housekeeper to clean all thing for me next day but what they did is just basic clean with sprayed which is not helping so much I have to trun on the AC all the time so it would help me breath better, cleaning not really good and still have some dust on the the wall and fridge, if you have a problem don't expect them to slove your problem as they are just work from 10.00 - 18.00 at the reception but No they are at the counter at 14.00 some days, even when I chek out is no one there also, they told me this place is like an apartment service and don't have staff at the counter 24/7 but to be honest my apartment would help me faster than this place, the furnitures in the room quite old, staff was not really friendly, if you want to stay this place, should prepare to slove issues by yourself.
