- Location. It is right on the slope. - Spacious room with plenty of storage - Easy access to grocery shop

- Bathroom stank. It needs a deeper clean - Staff not so helpful - Chaotic when checking in on a Saturday

"Great place"

9.0

Staff were friendly. Quiet. Location ski in ski out. Sofa bed was comfy.

Plumming is very old, had 2 blockages also in kitchen... Booking made a mistake and my reservation was not known by the facility. Had to spend hours on the phone with Booking.com to get it sorted out.

"Nice appartement but..."

2.0

The room was okay, the location was great and the apartment was clean.

On the website it was mentioned that there was a luggage room, at the arrival this was confirmed. This was ideal as we wanted to ski the last day. However, when we checked out there was out of a sudden no luggage room anymore. First we were send of to the center of the city with our luggage and skis., after some discussions we achieved to do a late check-out for 30€ extra cost. We even heard an employee saying he didn't care at all about our luggage and that it was our problem. Horrible costumer service.

"Worst hotel staff experience ever"

2.0

The value for money (except the service) is ok for what we paid for the opening ( 200euros for 2 nights for a 5ppl apartment), way beyond our expectation after reading all the bad reviews. The apartment seems to have been renovated recently, clean, modern, tidy with a lot of closets to store your stuff, the building itself is very old though Centrally located with a supermarket inside the building Direct access to the slope from the first level but there's no direct access to the ski room by elevator

I have to say, staffs at the reception have made our staying VERY VERY unpleasant, they aren't not well trained at all : 1. I called the day before arrival to ask where we can park the car, the receptionist said that Pierre Vacances provides paid parking lot for 15e a day so 30e for our weekend. Upon arrival, another receptionist confirmed the same information: 30e for 2 days. However, when we checked out on Sunday morning and expect to leave the car in the parking lot until our departure in the afternoon, the chef of reception said quite rudely : no you cant, what you paid for the parking is per night not per day, if you want to stay the whole day today, please pay 15e And they did the same thing to another guest, he was also very upset. Eventually the director agreed to not charge to charge us and make sure to inform all the receptionists in the future. 2. The receptionist gave us a paper and said : here you can find your parking lot number. All seems to be simple right? She didn't mention that there are different levels with the same number in that parking complex !!! Instead of going to the number 303 on the 3rd basement floor, we parked at number 303 of the 3rd floor, which belongs to a real estate agent. He locked our car and asked us to pay him 60 euros, what a scam! We argued for an hour and eventually called the police to sort it out. The ironic thing is, when we checked out, the receptionist asked me what's the number of our parking lot so she can let me pay the extra, I said: 303. And when she asked if it's +303 or -303, I told her that I didnt know, but we went up stairs . Then she checked her sheet and said: ok it's -303. She knew that we were not at the right parking lot but didn't tell us !!! 3.There's no luggage storage room so good luck if you want to ski on your check out day We will never come back
