Miejsce genialne- widok z tarasu na morze robiło wrażenie rano jak i w nocy ! Można było przebywać tam godzinami.. wow ! Pokój- nie mam nic do zarzucenia.. duże, wygodne łóżko, w pokoju czajnik oraz ekspres kapsułkowy, herbata, łazienka i wszystko czego potrzebujesz na wakacjach .. do plaży spacerkiem chwilka.. do centrum ok 15 minut spacerem.. polecam to miejsce ! Mimo tego ze byliśmy poza sezonem i jacuzzi było jeszcze nieczynne oraz leżaki i parasole na plaży to i tak polecamy to miejsce!

The location, grounds and rooms were great.

The lack of support from management when problems arise - and falsely advertising services that are not available in the off season. We fully understand why this occurs - but if we’d known that basic facility supports like breakfast weren’t available (as described at time of booking), we’d have chosen elsewhere. We also had 3 unbearable nights of noise from guests upstairs that made us leave a day earlier than our paid booking. The management didn’t respond to our requests for assistance until we were at the point of desperation. Then she didn’t attempt to help. It was a deeply unpleasant experience all round. Such a shame. Also - cleaning staff who appear every second day are SO noisy!!!! Talking, yelling, moving furniture. After sleepless nights there was no hope of sleeping in! Beware if you have children-the sound proofing is non existent. You can hear neighbours urinating in toilet and every movement of furniture and conversation . It’s horrendous. Such beautiful grounds spoiled by a team that don’t understand the meaning of hospitality.

Nie dostalem sie do obiektu,brama zamknięta,zaden numer telefonu nie odpowiadal,informacji nikt nie odczytał,dramat!

Die Residenz ist wunderschön gelegen Alles sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Der Pool, traumhaft und wir hatten Glück dass er bereits Anfang Mai in Betrieb war. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nicht top modern aber alles passt. Sauberkeit war perfekt! Wir waren in der Vorsaison hier und der Strand war noch nicht mit Schirmen und Liegen eingerichtet, aber das hatten wir auch nicht erwartet. Bestechend ist die wunderschöne Gartenanlage!

Alles war ok

Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus aufs Meer. Schöne gemütlich Anlage ubd schönes Pool. Sehr sauber. Gute Lage zu den verschiedenen Beaches und ins Stättchen.

Warmwasseraufbereitung mittel Gas Durchlauferhitzer war schwierig konstant zu kontrollieten. Leider im April kein Frühstück und Restauration.
