Central, Nice residents, Pool.Staff were nice.

Very noisy on a main street.Difficult front door lock. Staff.response is slow at times. Some repairs needed.

Wonderful apartment with privacy and close enough to town and beach.

There were issues with the front door lock and keys, but thankfully that was fixed.

Loved the staff ! The ease of booking , check in, check out. Walking distance to everything .

I liked everything but as stated by the property they are on a busy street . So of course while outdoors you hear cars .

Condo had good kitchen facilities to prepare meals. Spacious private condo. Each bedroom with ensuite bathroom-private. Fan and AC unit in all rooms. Supportive attentive staff-plugged toilet took 2 days to work properly, luggage brought up to 3rd floor condo using flights of stairs-no elevator. Condo cleaned once a week with fresh towels and bedding, taxi ordered for us. The garden pool area was lovely & clean. Lovely balcony, enjoyed the vegetation and early morning sounds of nature. Which didn’t last, blocked out by constant loud traffic noise. Good variety of restaurants and convenient store near by. Easy to use mini van to centre of town and La Ropa another beach. Easy to walk about, but unbearably hot at times-of course. Hot water in the shower but not very strong.

Stayed a week. We had to purchase soap detergent to wash the dishes, counter, table, No electric kettle to boil water. Had to use a pot with lid on a gas burner using a lighter. We felt uncomfortable lighting the flame, gas unfamiliar to us, but slowly and carefully we managed. One bedroom AC malfunctioned- temperature fluctuated. Happy to see a full large jug of water upon arrrival. Ran out of water, called management, no one worked on Sunday, water jug arrived Monday. We had to purchase water on Sunday. CONSTANT LOUD traffic (trucks, motorcycles,etc. )NOISE most of the times ROARING traffic noise starting about 6am-8pm Location of Condo on Main Street across the road from fire department. The siren at times was our early morning wake up call. When AC worked in the bedroom, noise was a little muffled & easier to sleep. Only available 2 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor. Did not know this when reservation was made. requested a lower floor, unavailable. Too late to find other accommodations. We both have mobility issues, but slowly and carefully we managed. 15-20 walk to the beach, disappointed. We knew condo was not on the beach, but it was further than a 5 min walk.

It was central, well kept. It could be lovely with a little more effort!

It was poorly equipped, towels were old and greyed and didn’t have beach towels till second week, kitchen utensils were non existent, had to buy dish soap so we could clean up, only one set of keys supplied, had to have the entrance door fixed. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. You could hear everyone’s conversation in the complex.

It's a great little apartment, full kitchen, generally clean but I do recommend bringing slippers/sandals to wear indoors since dirt tracks in from outside and the floors aren't cleaned super well. Otherwise the place is very clean. The pool area is nice, sun until around lunchtime and then shady. Despite the issues we had we would absolutely return! It's a nice apartment very close to downtown, restaurants, the beach, and the boardwalk.

The apartment is right close to the road so a bit noisy with traffic but not too bad. The staff were generally great but we did have an issue in our room with a sewer gas smell that didn't get resolved the whole time we stayed there, 12 days! I had messaged the staff about the issue many times, eventually figured out what the issue was and told them how I think it could be fixed, including photos, but this was not done. Fortunately I could put a bowl on the bathroom sink drain and the smell stopped coming through so it didn't put a damper on the whole stay.
